WWTF Administration Building Roof Replacement

The City of New Port Richey is seeking bids for the WWTF Administration Building Roof Replacement project. The scope of work includes removing approximately 3,000 SF of the existing roof deck and installing a new 60 mil TPO roofing membrane system, associated TPO flashing accessories, and other necessary materials. The project requires furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete the work.
