MN USPFO -New Ulm- Scrap Metal Recycling

The United States Property & Fiscal Office – Minnesota is seeking bids for the recycling of scrap metal from the New Ulm Field Maintenance Shop. The contractor will be responsible for removing the scrap metal from the FMS location and paying for it based on the agreed percentage of the market index price at the time of delivery. The term of the agreement will be for one year with two optional years. The contractor must submit a report to the Government POC after each delivery, and payment is due within 15 days after the scrap metal drop-off. • The scrap metal consists of unseparated ferrous and non-ferrous materials. • The contractor must generate and submit a report to the Government POC after each delivery. • Payment is due within 15 days after the scrap metal drop-off. • The contractor must send a certified check or money order to the United States Property & Fiscal Office – Minnesota. • The Government reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
