Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet is soliciting bids for in-place paving services for the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet's Division of Maintenance and Highway Districts 1-12. The contractor will be responsible for applying in-place asphalt paving and/or asphalt pavement milling and texturing to marked locations within the project county. The contractor must also provide traffic control, edge keys, and pavement striping as required. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
