Request for Information (RFI) for Industrial Non-Regulated Wastewater and/or Stormwater Containment and Temporary Storage Tank Types (High Capacity)

The US Army is seeking information from industry on Frac Tanks and/or similar tank types to understand market availability, capabilities, and identify qualified vendors. The McAlester Ammunition Plant requires industrial non-hazardous wastewater and/or stormwater containment tank types (high capacity) with a minimum capacity of 500 BBL / ~21,000 gallons. The tanks should have a corrugated or smooth steel wall, V-bottom or round-bottom design, closed top, and mobility features such as tires, air brakes, fifth-wheel kingpin, skid-mounted, or axle-mounted. The submission should include a company overview, products or services overview, pricing, and performance data. • The tanks should have a minimum capacity of 500 BBL / ~21,000 gallons. • The tanks should have a corrugated or smooth steel wall. • The tanks should have a V-bottom or round-bottom design for easy clean-out and complete drainage. • The tanks should have a closed top. • The tanks should have mobility features such as tires, air brakes, fifth-wheel kingpin, skid-mounted, or axle-mounted. • The tanks should have valves and piping configuration for high-flow liquid transfer and easy maintenance in industrial settings. • The tanks should have safety features such as pressure/vacuum relief vents, interior coatings, and chemical resistance.
