JOC Demolition & Remediation Services

The City of El Paso is seeking proposals for Job Order Contract (JOC) Demolition and Remediation Services. The city is looking for a contractor to provide demolition and remediation services on an as-needed basis. The contract is expected to be awarded in April 2026. • The proposal must include a company name, address, telephone number, and email address. • The proposal must be signed by an authorized representative of the company. • The city reserves the right to adjust the schedule of events as necessary. • A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on January 7, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (MST) via Microsoft Teams.
