Description
The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation is seeking a vendor to install a commercial grade chain-link fence at Bayswater Point State Park. The fence will be rectangular in shape, 120 feet in length, and 45 feet in width, with a height of 10 feet. The fence will have a swing gate entry with two 16-foot swing gates. The vendor will be required to provide a draft design and footings plan for the proposed fence system, as well as sealed drawings and blueprints for the entire fence system.
• The fence will be installed at Bayswater Point State Park, located at 1479 Point Breeze Place, Far Rockaway, NY 11691.
• The vendor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements.
• The vendor will be required to provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage.
• The contract term will be for 30 days.
• The vendor will be required to provide a certificate of registration with the Bureau of Public Work and Prevailing Wage Enforcement.
