Building Renovations

The Public Schools of Petoskey are seeking bids for building renovations at High School, Lincoln Elementary, and Central Elementary. A pre-bid meeting will be held at Lincoln Elementary on November 18, 2025, at 4:00 pm local time. Bidders must have at least five years of experience in work of this type and scope, a license where required, and ample financial resources. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to secure performance, labor, and material bonds for all contracts exceeding $50,000. • The bid documents may be examined at the Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. website or at builders' exchange plan rooms in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Traverse City. • Bids must be submitted in triplicate and received by 2:00 pm local time on December 3, 2025, at the Petoskey Administration Building. • The bidder must provide a sworn and notarized familial disclosure statement. • The bidder must have a reputation as a recognized organization with successful experience in work of this type and scope.
