Description

The items will be printed in various languages, including Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, English, Korean, and Japanese. The contractor must provide a quote for the services, including the cost of printing, binding, and shipping. The quote must be submitted via the Quick Quote system by 01/13/2026, 10:00 AM Eastern Time.
• The contractor must provide a warranty for the services, with a warranty period of one calendar year from the date of final payment.
• The contractor must comply with the GPO Contract Terms, including the quality assurance levels and standards.
• The contractor must provide proofs of the printed materials, which will be evaluated for quality and compliance with the specifications.
• The contractor must deliver the completed materials to the designated location, with inside delivery required.
