Integrated technical assistance services in support of USS WEST VIRGINIA

The Department of the Navy is seeking integrated technical assistance services in support of the USS West Virginia. The services include technical direction for repair methods and techniques, monitoring execution, evaluating repair conditions, and providing real-time technical consultation. The period of performance is from 21 July 2026 to 15 November 2026. The contractor will provide technical oversight and engineering support for the repair of the Main Reduction Gear (MRG) aboard the submarine. • The contractor will provide technical direction for repair methods and techniques in accordance with OEM standards. • The contractor will monitor execution to ensure adherence to approved procedures and acceptable workmanship standards. • The contractor will evaluate repair conditions and provide recommendations for continuation, modification, or cessation of work. • The contractor will conduct final inspection and provide OEM validation/acceptance of completed repairs. • The contractor will provide real-time technical consultation to TRIREFFAC-KB personnel throughout execution.
