The Minuteman Regional Vocational Technical High School is seeking a contractor to replace the existing asphalt shingle roofing system at 20 Mill Street, Lincoln, MA. The project includes a full tear-off, deck inspection, replacement of deteriorated sheathing, full ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, 30-year architectural shingles, ridge vent, flashing replacement, drip edge replacement, vent boot replacement, and complete cleanup.
• The contractor must provide a unit price for the replacement of deteriorated sheathing.
• The contractor must provide a quote for the entire project, including all necessary materials and labor.
• The project is scheduled to start on an unspecified date, with a bid opening date of 03/16/2026.
• A pre-bid site visit is optional and will be held on 3/12/2026 at 11AM.
