Description
The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for the construction of N. Mt. Carmel Park Playground Site Improvements and New Restroom Building. The project includes demolition of existing playground equipment, construction of a new restroom building, and site improvements such as grading, drainage, and landscaping. The proposer must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the RFP.
• The project is located at N. Mt. Carmel Park, 307 N. Mt. Carmel Road, Hampton, GA 30228.
• The park will be open to the public during construction, and the proposer must ensure public safety.
• The proposer must comply with all applicable rules and regulations, including OSHA and local building codes.
• The proposer must provide a detailed schedule of values and a cost proposal.
• The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
