The Government Publishing Office is seeking a printer to produce the “Karst in the Ozarks Site Bulletin” brochure. The contract is a fixed‑price indefinite‑quantity RFQ with a maximum fixed‑price ceiling of $455 for the maximum number of copies the vendor can supply, plus separate pricing for two Superintendent of Documents (SuDocs) copies and optional volume increments. The work must meet detailed GPO printing specifications and be delivered to multiple government sites by June 1, 2026.
• Print a two‑page, 8½ × 14″ brochure (folded to 8½ × 3½″) in 4‑color process on JCP A80 paper, water‑resistant ink, ≥ 2400 dpi resolution.
• Provide an electronic press‑quality PDF proof to agency contacts before printing; obtain “OK‑to‑print” approval.
• Deliver three printed copies (plus two SuDocs copies) to Ozark National Scenic Riverways, MO, and two additional copies to Library of Congress and GPO FDLP in Washington, DC, with proper GPO labeling (Forms 905, 2678, 917) and traceable shipping.
• Submit pricing via GPO Publish by May 7 2026, include maximum copy quantity, separate SuDocs price, and unit prices for extra 100‑ and 1,000‑copy blocks.
