Bus Brake Parts

The City of Torrance Transit Department is seeking vendors to supply new and remanufactured bus brake parts on an as‑requested basis over a three‑year period. The scope includes a wide range of brake components (drums, pads, rotors, calipers, sensors, kits, etc.) that must meet original equipment specifications, be delivered inside the city, and comply with strict delivery windows and labeling requirements. Vendors must provide all‑inclusive pricing with no freight or minimum‑order charges, maintain required insurance, and be ready to fulfill individual purchase orders as needs arise. • Provide OEM‑specification new or remanufactured bus brake components (no substitutions). • Deliver parts inside the city of Torrance; no deliveries between 12 PM‑1 PM. • Submit an all‑inclusive price per part via the PlanetBids electronic portal by September 17, 2026. • Meet insurance, licensing, and regulatory requirements (auto & general liability, workers’ comp, etc.).
