Description
The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is seeking a contractor to perform exterior renovations on the 500 Row Building at Cambridge Developmental Center. The scope of work includes removing and replacing damaged areas of the carport, removing and replacing soffit on the carport, removing brick veneer siding, installing transition flashing, and installing black metal siding. The contractor must provide all necessary permits, inspections, equipment, labor, and supplies to complete the project. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The project requires a site visit to view the exact scope of work.
• The contractor must maintain all necessary licenses, certifications, and registrations throughout the term of the awarded contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable provisions of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
• The contractor must provide a final cleaning of the entire job site to the owner's standards.
