Biomedical Research Application Evaluation and Support Services (BRAES)

The Government is conducting market research via this Request for Information (RFI) to assess industry understanding of Biomedical Research Application Evaluation and Support Services (BRAES) tasks contained in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The RFI is seeking information from potential vendors on their experience and capabilities in providing BRAES services. The draft PWS outlines the tasks and deliverables required for the contract, including setup and compliance specification sheets, listing of pre-applications and full applications with compliance issues, and programmatic panel member identification reports. Some key points to consider: • The RFI is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded at this stage. • Respondents are required to submit their responses via email in a PDF file type. • The response submission deadline is Monday, 08 December 2025, 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time. • The page limit for the response is 20 pages, and the use of a cover page and/or table of contents does not count toward the page limit. • Respondents are discouraged from submitting generic material, such as brochures or advertisements.
