The solicitation seeks a contractor to execute the Outposted Therapeutic Housing Units (OTxHU) Decant Phase II project for NYC Health + Hospitals at the North Central Bronx Hospital. The work covers complete renovation of the emergency department, including demolition, structural, MEP, interior finishes, specialty equipment, and site improvements, with a requirement to operate two shifts per day to meet a 730‑day schedule.
