Chugach Electric Association is soliciting bids for the conversion of existing overhead 15 kV and 35 kV distribution lines to underground facilities along the E 6th Avenue corridor in Anchorage, Alaska (Bragaw St → Norman St). The work includes underground conductor installation, pole removal and topping, trenching and directional boring, street‑light upgrades, and joint‑work for GCI.
