Description
The Phoenix VA Health Care System is seeking a potential qualified contractor to provide Sterilizer cleaning services on a monthly basis. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning washer-sterilizers #1 and #2, providing all parts, travel, and labor, and coordinating services with the Contracting Officer's Representative. The contractor must also provide a Field Service Report after each service and ensure that all equipment is functional before leaving the medical facility.
