The Harford County Public Schools are seeking commissioning services for the new Combination Harford Academy and Elementary School. The successful bidder will provide professional engineering services to ensure that the school's systems are installed, tested, and functioning as intended. The scope of work includes reviewing design documents, observing system installations, and testing and verifying system performance.
