NOCA Hurst Maintenance

The Department of the Air Force, 412th Test Wing, Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), intends to award a single source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to L.N. Curtis & Sons for the maintenance of Hurst Hydraulic and eDraulic Rescue Systems. The contractor shall provide all supervision, equipment, tools, labor, materials, and supplies necessary to perform annual maintenance, inspection, and testing on the equipment. The requirement includes maintenance of Power Units, Spreaders, Cutters, Rams, and Reel with Extension Hoses, as well as eDraulic Spreaders, Cutters, and Rams. • Maintenance includes visual inspections, cleaning, lubrication, fluid replacement, function tests, and replacement of specified parts. • All work must be performed on-site at Edwards AFB by a factory-authorized and certified Hurst technician. • The contractor must use proprietary Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Hurst fluids and parts to ensure operational safety and maintain manufacturer warranties. • The anticipated Period of Performance is a one-year base period with four one-year option periods, spanning from approximately October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2030.
