Description
The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) seeks commercial facility and equipment (FM) maintenance services for its commissaries in the Ansbach area of Germany. The contract will cover preventive, unscheduled, and 24/7/365 emergency maintenance, requiring transparent fixed‑price quoting, compliance with German/EU statutes, and use of CAFM systems.
