The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking commercial‑solutions vendors to provide comprehensive preventive, unscheduled, and 24/7/365 emergency facility and equipment (FM) maintenance services for its three commissary sites in Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels, and Vilseck). The contractor must ensure continuous operation of grocery‑store facilities, comply with German/EU statutory requirements and DoD safety standards, and use transparent fixed‑price quoting and reporting. The effort is envisioned as a long‑term partnership lasting up to five years, potentially structured with a base period and optional extensions.
