City of Cleveland is seeking a qualified vendor to provide repair services for a variety of maintenance tools and equipment used by its Meter Operations division. The contractor must diagnose each item, quote labor rates, labor hours, parts (using MSRP pricing with a discount), diagnosis fees, and shop supplies, then submit separate line‑item quotes. Items not approved for repair must be returned, and all shipping costs must be baked into the unit price. The contract is limited to vendors located in the Greater Cleveland area, with a maximum total purchase order value of $10,000 and a one‑year performance period.
• Scope includes repair of saws, pumps, welders, concrete buggy, generators, and other related tools.
• Vendors must provide hourly labor rates, estimated labor hours, part list pricing with discount, diagnosis/inspection fees, and shop supplies for each item.
• All bids must be submitted via email by June 25 2026 3:00 PM, include required disclosures (Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices, Wage Theft & Payroll Fraud), and be signed/dated by the vendor.
