Description
The Richmond County Board of Education is seeking bids for the Freedom Park K-8 School HVAC Project. The project involves the installation of a new HVAC system at the school. A pre-bid conference will be held on December 3, 2025, at 11:00 am at the school site. Bids must be submitted by December 17, 2025, at 3:00 pm. The contract will be awarded on a lump sum basis, and the successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds.
• The project is part of the Richmond County Board of Education's Bond Issue Program.
• The project manual and drawings can be examined at the Department of Maintenance and Facilities.
• Electronic copies of the bidding documents can be obtained from the architect/engineer upon request.
• A bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the base bid must accompany each bid.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities.
