26-062 Sniper Rifle Systems

The St. Charles County Government is seeking bids for Sniper Rifle Systems. The systems should include a sniper rifle, optic, optic mount, suppressor, bipod, bipod arca adapter, tripod, tripod ball head, arca rail, sling, sling mounts, and soft rifle case. The bid should include the total bid price for two complete duty-grade sniper rifles with equipment, and the price should include delivery to the St. Charles County Police Department. The bidder should also provide information about the product, including the make, model, and manufacturer, and whether the product is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Some key features of the sniper rifle system include: • Sniper Rifle: Geissele MRGG VSASS MK1 or equivalent, .308 caliber, 16” cold hammer forged stainless steel barrel, fully ambidextrous controls, aluminum billet receiver with steel reinforced cam race, two-stage trigger, and forged Carpenter 158+ bolt. • Optic: Nightforce NX8 2.5-20x50mm or equivalent, 2.5-20x magnification range, first focal plane, 50mm objective lens, 30mm body tube diameter, .250 MOA adjustments, and Nightforce MOA-XT or equivalent reticle. • Suppressor: Huxwrx Flow 762 TI or equivalent, grade 5 titanium construction, flow-through design, full auto rated, weight not to exceed 11.8 oz, and length not to exceed 6.7 inches. • Bipod: Atlas BT65-NC or equivalent, cant lockout feature, 5 independent leg positions including a 45-degree position, weight not to exceed 12.7 oz, and compatible with accessories for Arca attachment. The contract will be for an approximate 12-month period, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods at the same specifications and terms and conditions. The successful bidder will be required to provide proof of compliance with the Missouri Domestic Products Procurement Act (Buy American).
