Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified firm to provide comprehensive janitorial services for all South Jersey Transportation Authority facilities at Atlantic City International Airport (ACY). The contract covers daily cleaning of terminals, restrooms, baggage‑claim areas, loading bridges, parking garages, and auxiliary buildings, as well as periodic deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet extraction, floor stripping, polishing, and wax application. The award will be a three‑year base term with two optional one‑year extensions, and the successful contractor must furnish a bid bond, performance bond, and all required certifications (prevailing‑wage, insurance, business registration, etc.).
• Daily cleaning (7 days/week) of terminals, restrooms, concourse areas, baggage claim, and exterior entrances.
• Periodic detailed cleaning – carpet shampooing, terrazzo polishing, floor stripping/waxing, and other specialized services.
• Contractor must provide labor, equipment, uniforms, employee badges, and maintain compliance with NJ prevailing‑wage, OSHA, and equal‑opportunity regulations.
• Required bid security: 10 % of total bid price, capped at $20,000; performance bond equal to 100 % of contract value.
