Description
The State of Michigan is seeking a professional service contractor to provide design services for the Tin Cup Springs Equestrian Campground improvements. The contractor will be responsible for providing a complete design based on the approved project/program statement. The scope of work includes preliminary design and final design phases. The contractor must have demonstrated experience in the successful planning and execution of similar projects in full accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
• The contractor will be evaluated based on their technical proposal and cost proposal.
• The contract will be awarded to the professional firm that has been recommended by the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee after their evaluation of the combined Part I - Technical and Part II - Cost Proposals.
• The contractor must provide a complete, straightforward response to this Request for Proposal, including a technical proposal and a cost proposal.
• The contractor must submit a signed Certification of a Michigan Based Business and the Responsibility Certification forms.
