Recreation Instruction Classes & Camps

The Town of Herndon Parks and Recreation Department is seeking qualified vendors to design, staff, and deliver a variety of instructional classes and seasonal camps (summer, spring break, winter break) for community residents. The contractor will use town facilities, provide qualified instructors, necessary equipment, and ensure programs are offered at or below market price, aiming to increase affordable recreation opportunities. • Deliver structured class curricula and camp programs across multiple seasons. • Provide qualified personnel (instructors, camp leaders) and appropriate equipment. • Operate within Town of Herndon facilities and meet budgetary constraints for affordable services. • Coordinate with the Parks and Recreation Department on scheduling, marketing, and participant enrollment. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards for all activities.
