Description
Kennesaw State University is soliciting statements of qualifications from firms interested in providing General Contractor services for the construction of the Kennesaw Campus Gateway Project. The project includes construction of Phase 1, which encompasses soils remediation, infrastructure rework, irrigation, regrading, site walls, construction of a new monument sign, pedestrian and hardscape improvements, site lighting, landscape enhancements, and utility coordination. The selected General Contractor will provide a lump sum bid and add alternates based on the issued Design-Bid-Build bid set and, upon award, will be responsible for full execution of the work.
