Description
The City of Los Angeles, General Services Department, is seeking proposals for real estate appraisal services. The selected firm will provide appraisal services, including USPAP-compliant desk reviews of existing appraisal reports. The city is open to proposals from firms that provide only appraisal review services, as well as those that can perform both appraisal assignments and appraisal review assignments. The proposal should include a range of fees for the services provided.
• The proposal should be submitted via email to the designated contact and through the RAMP portal.
• The city does not require DBE or supplier diversity participation goals for this solicitation.
• The proposal package should include all required attachments and addenda acknowledgments.
• The city will consider proposals from firms with the Appraisal Institute's AI-GRS designation for appraisal review services.
