Bathroom Renovation - North Hall

The NYS Office for People with Developmental Disabilities is seeking a contractor to perform a bathroom renovation at the North Hall location. The contractor must also comply with New York State codes and regulations, and pay prevailing wages. • The project is a NYS Public Works project. • The contractor must attend a mandatory site visit on October 29, 2025. • The contractor must provide a detailed cost breakdown with their quote. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to workers' compensation, non-discrimination, and prevailing wages. • The contractor must provide certificates of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contractor must complete the work within 14 days of receiving the purchase order. • The contractor must ensure all tools, materials, and other items are picked up, removed, or stored and safely secured at the end of each workday.
