Non-Aeronautical Terminal Property at Detroit Metro Airport

The Wayne County Airport Authority is seeking qualifications from businesses to conduct research and due diligence to develop a concept and implementation strategy for a portion of real property for non-aeronautical related use(s) at Detroit Metro Airport. The successful respondent(s) will present the development concept and proposed transaction terms to the Airport Authority staff within a specific period. The project involves developing a concept and implementation strategy for a portion of real property, and the respondent must have experience in real estate development, financing, and management. • The respondent must have completed at least three separate real estate development projects in the commercial, office, or other non-residential asset classes with a combined minimum value of $50,000,000. • The respondent must have obtained final governmental approval of at least one real estate development project constructed in the United States with a minimum value of $10,000,000. • The respondent must have managed at least one real estate development project constructed in the United States with a minimum value of $10,000,000. • The respondent must have secured financing of at least one real estate development project constructed in the United States with a minimum value of $10,000,000. • The respondent must have secured tenants of at least one newly constructed real estate development project constructed in the United States with a minimum value of $5,000,000.
