Managed Infrastructure Support Services Request for Proposal

The City of Upper Arlington is seeking a Managed Service Provider to provide co-managed IT infrastructure support services. The selected firm will supplement the City’s internal Information Technology staff by providing advanced infrastructure engineering, monitoring, maintenance, and cybersecurity support. The scope of services includes network infrastructure administration, municipal fiber network support, virtual server infrastructure administration, cybersecurity operations and compliance support, infrastructure lifecycle and technology planning, backup and disaster recovery support, and help desk escalation support. • The City’s IT Department supports a hybrid infrastructure environment consisting of on-premises systems, cloud-based services, and a municipally owned fiber network. • The selected firm will work collaboratively with internal staff to maintain daily operations, assist with complex technical issues, and contribute to strategic infrastructure improvements. • The City prefers vendors with demonstrated experience supporting CJIS requirements, NIST Cybersecurity Framework alignment, Microsoft 365 Government environments, and hybrid on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
