HR Certification Trainings

SUNY UPSTATE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY (“UPSTATE”) intends to make an award under our discretionary authority, pursuant to NYS Education Law §355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for a vendor to provide HR Business Partner Certification trainings and HR Talent Acquisition Certification Trainings. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus contact in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertised Notice. Vendor Requirements: · Must have over three (3) continuous years’ experience providing the services noted above. · Must be eligible to do business in New York State. · Must be able to issue a recognized certification after trainings · Vendor must be able to implement focused trainings over days not weeks · Trainings must be in-person, onsite, and instructor-led · We must have the ability to work with vendor for customization and/or more focus in one area over another · Additional training must be available later in the year for new hires without any additional cost This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law (“SFL”) §§139j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law, therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual(s) listed below. Contacting any other individuals at Upstate in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of SFL. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency.
