SANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION PROGRAM CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION SERVICES

The City of Phoenix is seeking up to four qualified consultants to provide construction administration and inspection services for the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Program. The program includes rehabilitation of small-diameter sanitary sewer pipelines, rehabilitation and replacement of existing manholes, and performance of warranty inspections. The selected consultants will be required to provide oversight of project construction activities, inspect the site, review contractor cost proposals, and perform field inspections. The consultants must have experience with GIS and Asset Management, and be National Association of Sewer Service Companies (NASSCO) certified. • The project includes rehabilitation of small-diameter sanitary sewer pipelines and manholes. • The consultants will be required to manage up to five Job Order Contractors for pipe rehabilitation and up to five Job Order Contractors for manhole rehabilitation. • The consultants must have experience with Artificial Intelligence and GIS portal applications. • The project is expected to last for five years, with an estimated total construction cost of $130 million. • The City of Phoenix has added a GIS portal application to the program to track construction progress and update asset spec data. • The consultants will be required to provide weekly field reports and evaluate CCTV documentation for rehabilitation performed on pipe segments.
