The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking qualified California‑certified small businesses (and DVBE firms) to furnish a large quantity of toilet paper and paper towels for multiple correctional facilities in Region 3 during FY 26‑27 Q2. The solicitation calls for case‑level pricing, freight‑prepaid, FOB‑destination delivery of specified paper‑product configurations, with three scheduled delivery windows (Oct 1, Nov 2, Dec 1 2026).
