Construction water for Matsushima AB

The Department of the Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide non-potable water delivery for construction efforts at Matsushima AB, Miyagi, Japan. The contractor shall deliver 19,800 liters of non-potable water to the site weekly, transferring the delivered water into the Government-procured water truck tanks, or provide a location to refill the water truck(s). The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the required non-potable water. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing non-potable water delivery of 19,800 liters to the site weekly • Transferring the delivered water into the Government-procured water truck tanks • Providing a location to refill the water truck(s) if necessary • Providing all labor, equipment, materials, tools, parts, shipping, and all other items necessary to deliver the required non-potable water
