Description
The Town of Mount Olive is seeking bids for the demolition and clearance of one house and the provision and set-up of one State Building Code modular house. The project is funded by a $950,000 federal 2023 CDBG-NR grant, which covers 100% of the total project costs. Bidders must comply with federal CDBG requirements, including Section 109 and E.O. 11246, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Town encourages the participation of Small and Minority/Women-Owned Business, veteran-owned businesses, and Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB).
