Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking proposals for the modernization of the existing elevator at Black Butte Dam located in Tehama County, CA. The project includes the modernization of elevator equipment, installation of fire alarm and emergency equipment, and performance of final testing and certification. The contractor will be responsible for all costs associated with attending the site visit. The period of performance is from September 22, 2026, to September 21, 2027.
• The contractor must provide a unique item identifier for delivered items with a unit acquisition cost of $5,000 or more.
• The contractor must report the unique item identifier and other relevant information as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to child labor, forced labor, and human trafficking.
• The contractor must provide a certification regarding knowledge of child labor for listed end products.
• The contractor must comply with the requirements of the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and the regulations of the Secretary of Labor.
