Stormwater Management Construction for Cell 7; Newland Park Landfill

The Wicomico County Department of Public Works (DPW), Solid Waste Division (SWD), is seeking qualified vendors to provide bids for the construction and construction management of Newland Park Sanitary Landfill (NPLF) Stormwater Management, associated with pending construction of Cell No. 7. The project includes the construction of stormwater management facilities, and the successful vendor will be responsible for completing the work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract. The vendor must be licensed to perform work in the state of Maryland and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor, and the county reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
