Description
The City of Wilsonville is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Computer Aided Dispatch Automatic Vehicle Location (CAD-AVL) platform to support the operation, reporting, dispatching, and information sharing of the South Metro Area Regional Transit (SMART) system. The desired solution should offer a seamless integration of applications that connect fixed-route and dial-a-ride demand responsive travel options and trip planning activities. The scope of work includes the design, integration, set-up, and testing of the CAD-AVL system, as well as ongoing maintenance and support.
Key features of the project include:
• CAD-AVL platform with mobile applications and real-time passenger information
• Integration with existing systems, including transit center informational monitors and third-party mobile application solutions
• Support for fixed-route and dial-a-ride demand responsive travel options
• Trip planning activities and real-time signage systems

The City of Wilsonville is looking for a vendor that can provide a comprehensive solution that meets the needs of the SMART system and its passengers. The selected vendor will be required to enter into a negotiated agreement with the City, with an initial term of three years and the option to extend for an additional two one-year terms.
