Description
This RFP seeks a qualified Grant Administration Service Provider to prepare and manage the Jefferson County Drainage District No. 6 application for the HUD Community Development Block Grant‑Mitigation Reallocation Program (CDBG‑MRP) and any subsequent contract administration. The contractor will be responsible for:
• Developing and submitting the CDBG‑MRP application on behalf of the District.
• Managing award compliance, reporting, and financial oversight if the grant is awarded.
• Coordinating with the Texas General Land Office, HUD, and the Southeast Texas Regional Planning Commission.
• Providing technical assistance, documentation, and liaison services throughout the grant lifecycle.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (2 C.F.R. 200 series, Texas statutes, etc.).
