Consultant Services for a 5-Year Evaluation of the Library Services and Technology Act Grant Program

The Department of State, Division of Library and Information Services, is seeking a consultant to evaluate the effectiveness of projects funded with Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) funds and measure progress in meeting the goals set in Florida's LSTA five-year plan. The consultant will work collaboratively with the Division to complete the project.
