Request for FS Equipment

The Richmond Community Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of food service equipment at Richmond High School and Will L. Lee Elementary School. The equipment includes register stands, serving counters, hot food serving counters, and utility counters. The selected vendor will be required to deliver and install the equipment by Friday, July 24, 2026. The proposal should include the vendor's experience and qualifications, as well as pricing and other relevant information. The school district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, and to negotiate with proposers concerning their proposals. • The proposal should include a bid bond in the amount equal to 5% of the total contract. • The proposal should include proof of qualifications, including references and a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner or key employee of the proposer and any member of the Richmond Community School District Board of Education or the Richmond Community School District Superintendent. • The proposal should include a statement disclosing compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act. • The proposal should include pricing for each item of equipment, as well as an extended price for each item.
