Description
The Navy is seeking a qualified contractor to repair three data processor terminals (NSN 7025‑014‑708‑744, P/N 90‑700‑016). The work must be performed by an authorized repair source, meet a 100‑day turnaround per unit, and comply with extensive packaging, IUID, and CAV reporting requirements. The contract will be awarded on a bilateral basis and will be priced on a firm‑fixed‑price, not‑to‑exceed, or estimated basis.
• Quantity: 3 terminals requiring repair only (no new production).
• Turn‑around: 100 calendar days after receipt of each asset, with a 180‑day overall contract delivery window.
• Compliance: Must meet MIL‑STD‑2073‑1, MIL‑STD‑129, DFARS IUID (252.211‑7003), CAV RP reporting, CMMC, and all relevant FAR/DFARS clauses.
• Delivery: FOB Destination to SeaMod Transport Corp, Hayward, CA; freight handled by Navy CAV/Proxy CAV.
• Pricing: Estimated total $22,800; contractor must provide price‑reduction schedule for late RTAT and may propose prompt‑payment discounts.
