Description
The City of San Antonio’s Capital Delivery Department is seeking on‑call professional environmental consulting services to support a wide variety of municipal projects. Firms will be evaluated on qualifications and must demonstrate expertise in environmental risk assessments, subsurface investigations, brownfield and petroleum tank assessments, remediation oversight, regulatory documentation, and third‑party review. The contract will be awarded to qualified firms that can provide responsive, licensed staff on an as‑needed basis across the city.
• Perform environmental risk assessments, subsurface investigations, monitoring‑well installation/plugging, and brownfield studies.
• Develop SPCC plans, conduct leaking petroleum storage tank assessments, and prepare remediation and construction oversight reports.
• Provide third‑party document reviews and prepare regulatory filings for City design, construction, and acquisition projects.
