Supply, Delivery, Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Sanitary Sewer Flow Meters and Rain Gauges

The City of Franklin, Tennessee is seeking a qualified service provider to furnish, install, and maintain flow meters and rain gauges at designated sites. The scope of work includes providing all equipment necessary to render the required services, including flow monitoring devices and rain gauges, and performing routine maintenance and repairs. The service provider will be responsible for securing the flow metering sites and rain gauge sites at all times while equipment is installed. The City anticipates the need for 22 permanent wastewater flow meters, 7 temporary wastewater flow meters, and 7 rain gauges throughout the City. The service provider will be required to provide data transmission, management, and maintenance services, including wireless data transmission and a private web page for viewing collected data. • The contract term is for three years, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. • The service provider will be required to provide a detailed description of any goods, products, items, software, and/or hardware included in their proposal. • The service provider will be required to provide all necessary traffic control and comply with OSHA requirements. • The service provider will be required to provide proof of insurance, including commercial general liability, automobile liability, and workers' compensation. • The service provider will be evaluated based on their competency, experience, and qualifications, as well as their proposed methodology and approach, pricing, and schedule.
