Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a quotation for the supply of Fork, manufactured in accordance with NAVSEA drawing 7225906, with material ASTM A276/A276M-25, XM-19. The quotation should include the price, delivery schedule, and other relevant information. The contractor shall provide supply chain traceability documentation to demonstrate the item was produced by an approved manufacturer. The Government reserves the right to make an award on any item for a quantity less than the quantity offered.
• The contractor shall provide a certificate of conformance/compliance with the delivery of the material.
• The contractor shall comply with the packaging and marking requirements specified in the contract.
• The contractor shall provide product verification testing (PVT) samples, if required by the contracting officer.
• The contractor shall provide transportation control number (TCN) and carrier shipment tracking information with the DD250/iRAPT receiving report in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
• The contractor shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submitting an invoice and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
