Description
The Town of Southborough Board of Assessors is seeking an Invitation for Bid from qualified firms or individuals for Personal Property Collection and Valuation services. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, complete revaluation of all personal property for fiscal years 2027 through 2031, and collection and valuation services for fiscal years 2030 and 2031. Key aspects of the job include:
• Complete revaluation of all personal property for fiscal years 2027 through 2031
• Collection and valuation services for fiscal years 2030 and 2031
• Personal Property Cyclical Inspections, as defined in M.G.L c.30B s5
The successful bidder will be required to provide these services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
