The University of Utah Health is seeking bids from qualified vendors to install retro fits and dimmers for the Facilities Management department. The project involves upgrading existing lighting infrastructure to energy-efficient LED retrofit kits and dimmer switches across designated facility areas. The contractor will be responsible for labor and execution, while the University will provide the necessary materials. The bid must include a fully populated Attachment A - Minimum Mandatory Requirements and a fully populated Attachment B - Cost Proposal. • The project requires the installation of specific lighting materials, including Philips Item 528182, EvoKit HE 2x4 36L 22W 840 UNV 0-10 G5, and Greengate Item WBSD-010DEC-C1 Dimmer Switch. • The contractor must ensure that all employees hired to work on the project have passed a FACIS Level 3 criminal background check and recent drug screening, and are current on required immunizations for working in a health care environment. • The University reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal, in the best interests of the University.
